These Terms of Service govern your use of the Salengin platform. By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Service Description
Salengin provides a hosted retail commerce platform including online storefront, point-of-sale, inventory management, and related tools for Pakistani retail businesses.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
Services are billed on a monthly basis following a one-time setup fee. Subscriptions continue until cancelled. There are no commissions on your sales at any time.
3. Setup Fees
Setup fees are charged once at the start of your subscription. They cover store configuration, branding, product upload assistance, and training sessions as specified in your chosen tier.
4. Support
Basic how-to support is included in all tiers. Genuine bugs in our code are fixed free of charge. New features and custom development are scoped and quoted separately before any work begins.
5. Data Ownership
Your business data, customer data, and product catalog belong to you. Salengin does not sell or share your data with third parties.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are provided for the current billing period. Setup fees are non-refundable.
7. Limitation of Liability
Salengin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
