Your store runs on our shared server alongside a small number of other stores. Performance is reliable for most new and small stores. If you expect high traffic or need guaranteed speed at scale, the Business plan gives you dedicated resources.

Cash, card, JazzCash, and EasyPaisa are all supported. You need your own merchant account from JazzCash and EasyPaisa — we handle the integration. Enter your credentials in the settings panel and you're live. Transaction fees are charged by JazzCash/EasyPaisa directly, as per your merchant agreement with them.
Genuine bugs in our code are fixed free in the next deployment, on every tier. We will tell you when the fix goes live.
