Every plan starts with the one-time setup fee plus the first 3 months of your subscription. After that you pay the monthly fee only.

What the one-time setup fee covers
Your store goes from first call to live in 3–7 business days. The setup fee pays for the work that gets you there:
- Store configuration and branding — your logo, colours and store name
- Domain connection, DNS setup and SSL certificate
- Product upload assistance
- Written onboarding guide and a walkthrough call for your team
Not Included
What costs extra
- New features and custom development — scoped and quoted at a fixed price before work starts
- JazzCash / EasyPaisa transaction fees — charged by the providers under your own merchant agreement
- Counter hardware — any standard 80mm thermal printer works, from around ₨6,000–₨8,000
- Business modules (Manufacturing, Wholesale, Expenses, Khatabook, Suppliers) — ask for pricing

No. You pay a fixed monthly fee in PKR. There are no commissions on your sales at any time.
We ask for a 3-month minimum commitment. Setup, domain configuration and deployment take real time and resources, and the minimum lets us deliver the same quality of infrastructure and support to every client.
Yes. The platform is multi-tenant, so each shop is billed separately — and you can run and manage several shops from one account.
Yes. Add-on modules work with every plan and can be added at any time. They are priced per shop per month.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. The current billing period is not refunded and the one-time setup fee is non-refundable. The first 3 months are the minimum commitment.
No. Transaction fees are charged by JazzCash and EasyPaisa directly under your own merchant agreement with them. We handle the integration.
Yes. Stores are hosted on Amazon Web Services in the Mumbai region, the closest region to Pakistan. Starter runs on shared hosting; Business gets dedicated server resources.
Genuine bugs in our code are fixed free on every plan. New features are scoped and quoted as a separate project, with a fixed price agreed before any work begins.
