Yes. Pharmacy shops get batch number, expiry date, manufacturer and MRP fields on every medicine, and the batch and expiry are recorded on each sale line. The product list can show only expired items, or items expiring in the next 90 days.

Yes. The app and its database run on your own computer, so you keep dispensing and printing receipts offline. It needs the internet now and then to refresh the licence, which stays valid for 7 days offline, and to send your daily encrypted backup.
